Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
We offer next-day delivery across the entire UAE — including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on orders above AED 200. A flat fee of AED 15 applies to orders below AED 200.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across the UAE.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the UAE only.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, tracking information will be sent to you via WhatsApp or email.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached and in original packaging.
Are size exchanges free?
Yes, size exchanges are free within the UAE.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
What items cannot be returned?
Worn, washed, or altered items, items returned after the 14-day window, and items not in original condition are non-returnable.
Products & Sizing
What sizes do you offer?
Most products are available in S, M, L, and XL. Check the individual product page for available sizes.
Why does the garment label show a different size?
Our products use Asian sizing. The size you select on our website (e.g. M) corresponds to a different label on the garment tag. Please refer to our Size Guide for the full conversion chart.
How should I care for my garments?
Machine wash cold (30°C) on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry low. Do not bleach. Do not iron on print or logo areas.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Cash on Delivery.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
